{"id":10093,"date":"2023-06-12T11:57:45","date_gmt":"2023-06-12T09:57:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/occhio-instruments.com\/?p=10093"},"modified":"2023-07-25T11:02:56","modified_gmt":"2023-07-25T09:02:56","slug":"ipac2-ar-fast-detection-quantification-of-microorganisms","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/occhio-instruments.com\/fr\/ipac2-ar-fast-detection-quantification-of-microorganisms\/","title":{"rendered":"The IPAC 2 AR for a fast detection and quantification of microorganisms &#8211; June, 13th"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Demonstration of the IPAC 2 AR organized by UCLL in collaboration with Occhio<\/h2>\n<p>This event, organized by <strong>UCLL RESEARCH &amp; EXPERTISE<\/strong> <strong>in collaboration with Occhio<\/strong>, will demonstrate how the <a href=\"https:\/\/occhio-instruments.com\/fr\/ipac-2-nouveau\/\"><strong>IPAC2 AR<\/strong><\/a>, an ultra-sensitive particle counter, can be used for a fast detection and quantification of microorganisms and how it can offer a solution for antimicrobial resistance.<\/p>\n<p>During the first part of the event, a <strong>theoretical background<\/strong> about the features and the applications of the IPAC2 AR, are presented. Furthermore, insights on how to use the IPAC2 AR as a new, rapid and sensitive antimicrobial susceptibility test, are demonstrated.<\/p>\n<p>In the second part, a <strong>practical session<\/strong> will take place in the lab to demonstrate how this new technology can<strong> determine the concentration of micro-organisms present in a liquid solution<\/strong> and how this can result in a <strong>fast antimicrobial resistance screening<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Interested ?
