La pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;impuret\u00e9s ou de particules surdimensionn\u00e9es doit \u00eatre constamment quantifi\u00e9e pendant la production de la boue.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&rsquo;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/occhio-instruments.com\/fr\/ipac-2\/\">Ipac 2<\/a><\/strong>CMP offre une m\u00e9thode compl\u00e8te pour <strong>am\u00e9liorer le <a href=\"https:\/\/occhio-instruments.com\/fr\/comptage-particules\/\">comptage des particules<\/a> pour les suspensions<\/strong> de boues. La plateforme IPAC 2 est bas\u00e9e sur des dispositifs d&rsquo;<strong>imagerie haut de gamme<\/strong> et sur la toute derni\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de cellules \u00e0 micropuces.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">O\u00f9 nous mettons nos efforts :<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Augmenter la <strong>d\u00e9tection des particules les plus fines<\/strong> en utilisant un banc optique d\u00e9di\u00e9 avec une r\u00e9solution de <strong>172nm\/pixel<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>R\u00e9duire la dilution<\/strong> de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon, en utilisant une \u00e9paisseur de cellule de <strong>50\u00b5<\/strong>, nous pouvons r\u00e9duire, voire \u00e9liminer la dilution de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 1:1 ; 1:10 ; 1:100). La plus faible dilution de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon am\u00e9liore la <strong>fiabilit\u00e9<\/strong> des mesures et la stabilit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Dispositif d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage<\/strong> et d&rsquo;imagerie \u00e0 haute stabilit\u00e9, nous avons \u00e9limin\u00e9 la d\u00e9rivation du dispositif d&rsquo;acquisition (par rapport aux dispositifs standards d&rsquo;obscurcissement de la lumi\u00e8re)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fonction d&rsquo;arri\u00e8re-plan dynamique, ce <a href=\"https:\/\/occhio-instruments.com\/fr\/instruments\/nos-produits\/logiciels\/\"><strong>logiciel<\/strong> <\/a>intelligent compare chaque image \u00e0 la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente et permet de ne reconna\u00eetre que les particules en mouvement.
