Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 CMP<\/strong> (planarisation chimico-m\u00e9canique) utilise une boue collo\u00efdale pour polir les surfaces des plaquettes de semi-conducteurs. La pr\u00e9sence d’impuret\u00e9s ou de particules surdimensionn\u00e9es doit \u00eatre constamment quantifi\u00e9e pendant la production de la boue.<\/p>\n

L’Ipac 2<\/a><\/strong>CMP offre une m\u00e9thode compl\u00e8te pour am\u00e9liorer le comptage des particules<\/a> pour les suspensions<\/strong> de boues. La plateforme IPAC 2 est bas\u00e9e sur des dispositifs d’imagerie haut de gamme<\/strong> et sur la toute derni\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de cellules \u00e0 micropuces.<\/p>\n
