Le HDPE (poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne \u00e0 haute densit\u00e9) est utilis\u00e9 dans diverses applications<\/a> industrielles<\/strong>, des simples bouteilles en plastique aux mat\u00e9riaux \u00e0 structure plus complexe. La caract\u00e9risation<\/strong>, la taille<\/strong>, la forme<\/strong> et la distribution<\/strong> sont des \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s du contr\u00f4le qualit\u00e9 et d\u00e9terminent le comportement de la poudre.<\/p>\n

L’OCCHIO 500nano<\/strong><\/a> peut vous aider \u00e0 mieux comprendre votre produit pendant la production ou pour les rapports d’application des utilisateurs finaux.<\/p>\n

Pour ces mesures nous avons fix\u00e9 une r\u00e9solution de 800nm<\/strong>, la dispersion se fait directement en utilisant le dispositif de dispersion sous vide int\u00e9gr\u00e9<\/strong> \u00e0 l’int\u00e9rieur de l’instrument.<\/p>\n

La taille moyenne des particules pour cet \u00e9chantillon est de 25 \u00b5m<\/strong>. D10, D50, D90 sont respectivement de 9, 22, 45 \u00b5m. Pour les applications de rev\u00eatement, il est important de comprendre la fluidit\u00e9 de l’\u00e9chantillon; cette propri\u00e9t\u00e9 est directement li\u00e9e \u00e0 la morphologie de chaque particule individuelle. Le param\u00e8tre de l’opacit\u00e9<\/strong> est un excellent estimateur de cette propri\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n
