L&rsquo;agr\u00e9gation des prot\u00e9ines se produit pendant et apr\u00e8s le processus de production, la <strong>quantification des agglom\u00e9rats de haute pr\u00e9cision<\/strong> est la cible de l&rsquo;IPAC 1.<\/p>\n<p>Une cellule d&rsquo;\u00e9coulement sp\u00e9ciale permet un ajustement parfait avec n&rsquo;importe quel embout de pipette standard de 1 ml afin de r\u00e9duire toute contamination entre deux passages ou pendant la manipulation de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>r\u00e9duction minimale de la suspension<\/strong> n\u00e9cessaire pour effectuer une analyse est un point crucial pour \u00e9tudier les petits \u00e9chantillons de prot\u00e9ines. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la seringue de pr\u00e9cision et \u00e0 la configuration sp\u00e9cifique de la cellule, <strong>l&rsquo;instrument est capable de couvrir 90% du volume analys\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9bit de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon est obtenu par un pousse-seringue de pr\u00e9cision int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;instrument.
